How it Works

How Credit Repair Works

How Credit Restore USA Will Work For You

Credit Restore USA will help you get your current credit reports from Trans Union, Equifax and Experian. We will help you get your credit report instantly during the enrollment process. This allows us to immediately begin working on your credit repair.

Credit Restore USA’s credit repair experts will review your credit reports and identity inaccurate, incorrect and questionable information that we will then challenge with the credit bureaus.

Round #1 of disputes is processed and immediately sent to Trans Union, Equifax and Experian. After the credit bureaus finish their investigation and respond to our communication, you will receive updated credit reports in the mail containing the results from the first round of work. As soon as you receive these updates you have to forward them to Credit Restore USA right away. Through the convenience of our client portal you can scan and upload them on our website each month. You can also mail them to our office, but we prefer you scan and upload them so we can continue to work on your file right away. Our goal is to get your credit repair completed as soon as possible!

We also use the laws set forth in the FCRA and FDCPA to obtain the best possible results. Communicating directly with the original creditors and collection agencies is also part of the credit repair process.

If you receive any written correspondence from collection agencies, original creditors or the credit bureaus you must immediately forward that information to us through the client portal.

We repeat this process every month until your credit repair is complete.

You can view the status of your credit repair at any time, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week through the client portal. Just click on “Client Login” on our website and you will be taken to the portal login page.

Live Chat is also available and our customer service line is open from 9am – 10pm Monday through Friday and 10am – 4pm on Saturday. Please note that those times are EST.
